I take great pride in my work and consistently make an extra effort to ensure my clients are thoroughly satisfied with their experience. Whether you need a new style or maintenance on an existing one, I possess the confidence and expertise to provide exceptional service. Please note that a cancellation or no-show made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% fee. If you must cancel, please do so 24 hours before the appointment so that your non-refundable deposit can be transferred to another appointment. Attending an appointment without prior notice is unacceptable and may result in a ban from future appointments. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated. Appointment deposits are negotiable however full refunds are not available at this time. It is essential to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your appointment will be void, and you will be responsible for the total balance. However, you may choose to reschedule or opt for a squeeze-in appointment, which will have an additional charge of $40, depending on availability. We would greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this regard. Please confirm your attendance before our scheduled appointment to avoid any scheduling conflicts.
